On Thursday 12th February, Year 3 will be travelling back in time to Ancient Rome for a special Ancient Roman Day at school!

To help bring our learning to life, we have planned a range of exciting drama and art activities that will allow the children to explore what life was like in Ancient Roman times in a fun and memorable way.

To make the day even more engaging, we would love it if children could come to school dressed as an Ancient Roman. This could include togas, soldiers, citizens, or any simple Roman-inspired outfit. There is no expectation to buy anything special — homemade or simple costumes are absolutely perfect.

We are really looking forward to this immersive day and are confident it will be a fantastic experience that supports and enriches the children’s learning.
