Term 6

Reading and writing

Children are progressing through RWI and DSR. They also have regular reading oppurtunities to write cross-curricular. Please ensure you read with your child or they record their independent reading in their diaries at least 3 times a week. This way they can work towards a reading reward towards the end of term.

Maths

This term we will be learning about money, shape and statistics. We will also be learning about time in our daily maths meetings. 

Science

We are revisiting our Animals including Humans topic.                  

Geography

P.E

P.E DAYS ARE TUESDAY AND FRIDAY

This term we are looking at striking and fielding.

Computing

We will continue learning about algorithms and programming a floor robot. 

Music

We will be learning about untuned and tuned percussion instruments. We will use the tuned percussion to play melodies.
